Remember the above article about the saucer passing through solid
matter on its way to an underground base? Teleportation, or the
passing of an object through solid matter, is not just mumbo jumbo.
Mr. Cater explains in Chapter 25 of his book how physical matter
becomes " stepped up " to higher frequencies by the infusions of such
higher frequency energies/radiations, and then takes of the
qualitites of such subtler matter. UFO experiences involving the
passage of beings through walls and such is not uncommon.

RESOLVING THE MYSTERY OF TELEPORTATION
The word "teleportation" needs no definition for the student of the
occult. For the benefit or the uninitiated, it is the sudden
disappearance or a material object in one place and its sudden
appearance in another area. This can be any distance away and even
through solid matter. As mind scrambling as it may seem it is far
from being a rare occurance.
This phenomenon and the realization that many different realms of
matter simultaneously occupy the same three dimensional space,
contribute to a deeper insight into the nature of matter.
The approximate diameter or the atom as well as the spacing of atoms
and molecules in solid matter have been estabished. This size and
spacing such that are such that it seems impossible for two bodies of
matter to interpenetrate without collisions of molecules and
funameptal particles taking place. Yet this interpretation occurs
during the teleportation process. The object to be teleported is
impregnated with certain energies, which temporarily render it
invisible and intangible. The dematerialized atoms and molecules are
unable to interact with any other matter. This means the molecules
of the dematerialized object interpenetrate the molecules of the
other matter, with each group being virtually oblivious to the
ppresence of the other. There should be collisions or fundamental
particles by all tbe rules of probability. A similar enigma exists
when two beams of light of any intensity intersect at or near right
angles. There seems to be no collision of photons and soft particles
as one would exptct. Similarly, an infinitude of particles are
involved in cloud chamber experiments with high speed accelerators,
yet only very few collisions occur and are recorded.
A much closer look at the nature of matter than has previously been
goven is required because of such consideradons. The typical
reaction of an orthodox scientist to paradoxes of this nature is to
either pretend they don't exist or fall back on such worn-out
standbys as fourth dimensions, space warps, and time warps. these
crutches are getting somewhat rickety from overwork. It is known that
an atom consists of particles which are very minute when compared to
the size of the atom. Such particles are concentrations of energy
with outlines which are not sharply defined, since true continuity in
the case of particles does not exist. The so called diameter of such
particles is perhaps much less than is commonly believed. As shown
previously fundamental particles can be further subdivided into other
particles separated by relatively greater distances because of their
stil higher energy concentrations. This process seems to continue on
down the ladder to an infinite regression.
From the concepts and principles discussed so far, it is known that
the following things happen to matter which has been dematerialized.
First, its inertial properties have either vanished or all but
vanished, since it can be transferred practically any distance in a
an infinitesimal length of time. Second, the atoms of the material or
the fundamental particles thereof can no longer generate a magnetic
field when given velocity. Third, the electrostatic effects of the
fundamental particles have vanished since, as mentioned before, it is
the electrostatic field effects of the hard electrons and protons
which make matter tangible. All this means the particles must have
been rendered motionless, since it is through electrostatic forces
that the particles of the atom move.
From the above considerations and the following analysis, it becomes
apparent why collisions of particles of dematerialized matter never
occur with those of normal materialized matter. Actual collisions of
stable particles are actually difficult to promote to the extent of
producing disintegrations of particles or even strong interactions.
This has been demonstrated by cloud chamber experiments. The powerful
fields existing between them produce deflections before actual
collisions occur. This even occurs with unlike charges. These
considerations, combined with the tremendous separation of
fundamental particles in proportion to their diameter, pushes the
probability of direct collisions to near the vanishing point. This is
even the case with experiments designed to produce collisions. This
probability becomes even less when dematerialized matter
interpenetrates solid matter.
A moving charge produces a magnetic vorex ahead of it, which is part
of the magnetic field generated by the kinetic energy or the
particle. The particles of dematerialized matter have no inertia and
are automatically pushed out of the path of charges. Therefore, there
is no chance for collisions.
But actually, I misapplied this explanation. Mr. Cater is explaining
that when the electrons around the nucleus of an atom become frozen
and their charges become " turned off," then the atoms of other
matter can pass through without there being contact. This accounts
for UFOs passing through solid matter in order to reach their
underground base, as well as for UFO beings passing through solid
walls as they abduct people in their beds. (Affable space brothers)
Matter being stepped up to a higher frequency is something else. It
expalins not being nullified in relation to any realm but, rather,
being able to reciprocate with realms of higher frequency matter,
such as with the realms of celestial beings. These realms can occupy
the same three dimensional space as our physical world, only that the
particles do no interfere with each other, not to reflect photons,
and not to produce touch.

Original subject: Subject: Idaho Elves
Mike, one of my 9 boys, Gideon, had a very interesting thing happen that I
will describe here. It happened a few years ago when he was 5 years old.
He claimed that the elves used to come out and talk with him at night. He
said that some were good and some were bad, but all of them were afraid of
our Great Pyrenees dog, Shepherd. He kept telling us this for weeks and
months, and that the good elves would play or talk with him, but when
Shepherd came into that bedroom, they would leave. He said the bad elves
stopped coming out because the dog would always know when they were there.
Then the kicker! One day he up and told us that the all the elves had moved
to Rexburg (12 miles south) because they were too afraid of Shepherd, even
his firends the good elves. We never heard him talk of elves again.
While his experience is a bit different from the one in my youth, there are
some similarities. He was totally serious that the good elves were his
friends once he got over being afraid of them. He was always adamant that
if a bad elf even tried to come in and just hide, that the dog would find
him immediately and scare him away. Then they all moved to Rexburg.
This son of mine isn't given to telling stories or joking around. He gets
defensive when people make fun of him and things he says. My wife doesn't
know what to believe, but I believe that he saw and made friends with
something, and that a 120 lb. Great Pyrenees kept something that bothered
him away. Maybe he was dreaming it, every night for months, but maybe not.
BTW: One of my other sons (one of my little 4 year old twins) said he saw a
man in his bedroom with a gun (room shared with 4 other boys), who was after
a bad man. He said the man talked with him for a few minutes and that his
name was Tom (my boys name also who is named after his great grandfather).
Tommy said the man left by walking through the wall as soon as Shepherd came
running into the room barking.
Just an interesting note on elves I thought you might be interested in since
you also live in Idaho.
