If by traveling deep into the earth you could find a lush prehistoric jungle
world what would it be like?
We're talking pseudo-science here folks.
what sort of things could provide night and day?
Would the horizon rise up with people living 'on the inside of a hollow
shell' or would it be another sphere within our sphere and if so how would
our heroes make it there?
Could humans, reptile men, and dinosaurs all get along in a happy
eco-paradise (or at least manage to not wipe each other out and thus give us
a place with lost of adventure and cute barbarian princesses)?
Funny you should ask that, I am writing a novel about that very thing based
on many of my intense dreams, readings, inspirations and feelings. I don't
know if I will ever sell it, but I am writing it down just the same.
A lush prehistoric jungle in the Hollow Earth would have gigantic foliage,
ferns, creepers and trees reaching to the sky. It would be temperate, not
too humid, due to ionised air. Pterodactyls would circle above and Komodo
Dragons and pythons would lurk in the undergrowth. Primates, Big-Foot,
Cro-Magnon, Reptilians and Homo Sapiens would co-exist, in their own
environments, whether in caves or crystal domed cities, everyone's needs
would be met. Maybe..
This has been done, of course, and I highly recommend the
"Pellucidar" novels of Edgar Rice Burroughs, and the
Burroughs-imitation novels of "Zanthodon" by Lin Carter.....
Dean, I hope you still aren't watching Zena: The Warrior Princess or those
Conan movies. C'mon buddy, don't turn into a 16 year old, loved starved,
hormones on steroids teenager on us.
Homosexuals, eunuchs, priests (who keep their oath) and those other people
that have no time for a good woman. Be careful though Dean. I have NEVER
seen a cute barbarian, princess or commoner. Hell most of those women make
a body builder look like a skinny little wimp.
I recently corresponded with someone about that letter I got from Mr. Cater.
Pertinent points-
He confirmed my understanding on it, except that I thought that the internal
sun would give of a little more light.
Well, the internal sun could give off a noteworthy amount of light. After
all, it is visible as a ball. It is just that light is mostly generated
within the atmospehre of the hollow portion.
I have a little problem with the big sized hole though.
One thing that stumps other thinkers is this- they think that, if the
orifice is large, then how come we don't see the inner sun shining out?
Therefore, they speculate about a hole so narrow that clouds can clog it,
and about the possibility of a crooked tunnel opening. Since they don't
understand soft particles, what else are they going to think? They have to
fool around with the size of the opening because they cannot substantiate
the fact that no light is seen.
The conspiracy has to be a little bigger than think possible if they are
able to hide away such a hole.
And I bet it is. I bet it is economic, academic, political and that the
media is heavily infiltrated. They've been working on it for a long time, at
least all of the 20th century. And the fact that the world is hollow
probably came to the attention of the powers-that-be-right around the turn
of the century 100 years ago.
There was just one guy from Norway coming home from a trip over the pole
from Siberia over to Canada. He even had a special suit with him so that he
could swim over open water to save time. None of these guys are reporting
any navigation problems.
Compass anomalies are accepted and admitted, though.
Notice that the Norwegian fellow ( is his name Hagar? ) didn't venture
towards the other side of the Pole. Nobody ever goes over on that side. The
Jeanette hit ice at 70* above Wrangel Island, and drifted gradually upwards
in latitude until 77* above the New Siberian Islands. The was no opening. At
the North Pole, there is no opening. But the curvature sure does get steep
there, not even flat, but curving. Pictures of the Pole show that the
horizon drops off quickly. This means that the opening is between the Pole-
and not too far from it because of the curvature anomaly- and the mid
seventy degrees of latitude where the Jeanette cut across. So there is roo
for it to easily be a couple hundred miles wide, and a good six hundred
miles long between the New Siberian Islands and Elizabeth Island. The
curvature anomalies support this.
Again, the only problem is that some thinkers can't explain why there is
no sunshine emanating out of the hole, so they make it small and narrow.
Did Cater write something else of interest?
He talked about craters on the Moon and their formation, just repeated
what the book says.
And he said that he doesn't trust the figures given by NASA when they say
they bounced radar off the Moon in order to arrive at a distance figure.
Dean, what I am about to say is only my guess. I can't prove it, but I
believe it to be true.
The inner sun does have enough light for a pre-dusk amount of lihgt, but not
for bright light. I believe that the bright light is created by the soft
particles of the outer sun penetrating through the crust and intermixing
with the inner suns rays. In this way the "daytime" is the side of the
inner earth and caverns that are between the two suns and the "nighttime" is
the side that is on the far side of both suns.
Personally, I believe that the inner earth peoples are going to be soon
coming out, after we have a third world war. I feel that the inner sun will
stop shining at one point and this may be the trigger for the world wide
earthquakes and other "end of days" things, etc... that are prophesied in
the Bible.
Mr. Cater agrees. He said that it ws a dull sun and that " it does not send
out any concentrated rays. The light experienced in the hollow Earth does
not come from this so-called sun."
I believe that the bright light is created by the soft
To say that the incoming soft particles mix with the particles already in
the cavity is about the same thing. It is the incoming particles which feed
and fuel the inner sun anyway, wouldn't you agree? They enter the cavity and
get repulsed from all sides towards the central point, where they
congregate.
In this way the "daytime" is the side of the
I think that this is a possibility, that at least, the side of the cavity
where night is on the surface would be dimmer. I asked Mr. Cater about this
once and he didn't warm up to it, although he admitted that maybe the side
of the cavity which is away from the two suns could be, as I say, dimmer. I
really think that the side away would have less soft particleflow and be
dimmer, but maybe I am just trying to carry over a surface concept in
relation to nighttime.
If they let the outer shell fall deeper and deeper under the control of the
dark beings who are currently directing things, then pretty soon they will
have a huge problem on their hands, bigger than they can handle.

Hi Guys:
This is a bit "out there" but I am going to speculate anyway. I would not think that the light changes much in a HE. For one thing--in Etidorhpa--the guide states that the light comes from all around, including the ground--so, where in the ground does it come from? What is it's source? Perhaps the light source of the HE is not dependent on the rotation of the Earth--since it is not the same "sunlight" as we have here. Also, the guide states that we do not yet know what this light source is. So, could artificial lighting also penetrate the earth---in addition to sunlight, and perhaps even other celestial bodies. When it is dark above the earth--we humans turn on the lights--but that light also has to go somewhere, doesn't it? Or am I way off? When the sun sets on Earth, I would guess it is still working it's way through the crust. Let's say the sun sets above the earth at 9 PM---well, that last bit of sun would just be hitting the Earth's surface. How many hours do you think it takes for the process of the light from above to work through the crust? If long enough, then couldn't this be a continual process w/o interruption? Another idea could be that HE'ers senses are perhaps better--and that they are able to see/sense "refined" light where we wouldn't. I mean--light just doesn't disappear does it? Doesn't it continue, but our human eyes are unable to see it past a certain diffusion point? An idea, Leslee
Mike, I have 'The Dictionary of Imaginary Places, a huge volume, full of
references to otherworlds, it say's of Zanthadon;
The existence of Zanthadon has been known in legend for centuries. To the
Sumerians it was Na-an-Gub, the "great below;" ancient Hebrew myths speak of
it as Tehom. "the great deep and the home of the giants" (which the Tribes
of Israel were like grasshoppers in comparison.) To the Egyptians it was
Amenet. the "sacred land" or the "land in the west;" to the Muslims it is
Shadukiam, the "underworld of the djinns," ruled by Al-Dimiryat." It's
existence is also mentioned in the Enuman Elish, the ancient Babylonian
creation epic. So you see, it's not just 'imaginary' after all.
Now that you've gotten into Etidorhpa so much, what do you think about
Cater's book? It gives a whole new meaningand purpose to his book, doesn't
it?
DD:
I think "The Ultimate Reality" is "Etidorhpa" without the poetics. They are one in the same. If I were teaching a class on HET I would have both books required readings and read them simultaneoulsy. I think the two blend the HE concept together beautifully, painting the whole picture for us to view.
I wonder if Etidorhpa gave Cater the courage to write his book. Or, if many of his ideas came from it, maybe it just inspired him. I am in the process of writing to him. If I get a chance to visit him I am going to ask about it.
Both books bring to mind a ditty I read in the book "The Fabric of Reality" where the author is explaining "light". He takes a flashlight in a dark room and shows how it would look through human eyes. Bright and narrow at the flashlight, and then slowly broadening and dimming, until we could no longer see the light particles and darkness incurred. Then he does the same experiment, but instead of a human, he uses a frog, and he shows how the frog not only sees the light longer, but, the frog also sees the individual particles--almost like rain drops. This brings me to think that in the HE, those who dwell there are like the frog.
