Dean: I don't know what to say about Dave except that he'll go down in History as Dave the Hoaxer.. He still will draw attention to this subject and maybe more people will become interested. Its the second time we were duped this year. The first time by Atlantis Mapping Project when we thought it was real. I still think a land mass is visible on the Earth View program in the area where Johnson has designated as Crocker Land. The shape may not be the same and you can't positively identify if. This leaves a lot of room for the Vikings to have found an area that is still not mentioned on any map. I also think like you that they left traces up there and they were not all Eskimo settlements at the North Pole. I also remember reading of an entire village of Eskimo people disappearing. It was said they had dinner on the table and everything else. The whole village was gone. From: Ralph

  • Ralph,

  • That area is where the doughnut-like opening starts to funnel downwards. I think that Crockerland is in the downward slope.

The shape may not be the same and you can't positively identify if.

  • Are the Earth View images a matter of radar mapping or camera-like images?

This leaves a lot of room for the Vikings to have found an area that is still not mentioned on any map. I also think like you that they left traces up there and they were not all Eskimo settlements at the North Pole.

  • That article offered strong logic to this effect.
