I brought this subject up on a telescope list, and the concensus was that the observations are valid, but that the interpretations aren't. Because of unusual temperature changes, the atmospheric refraction, i.e., the bending of light, has become altered as compared with previous standards. The effect is something akin to a mirage effect.
Here is what one of them, named Geoff, wrote:
"I posted that site to the RASCals email list and, after a bit of
discussion, we tracked down the tiny gem of fact amidst all that
speculation:
Apparently the warmer air is causing changes to the refractive index of
air near the horizon, which is most noticeable at high latitudes where
the Sun just barely clears the horizon. Somehow that seems to have been
misinterpreted as a shift in the axis of rotation of the Earth, which
emphatically has NOT happened. It's kind of a folk explanation for
changes in the appearance of the Sun at low altitudes."

If there had been a Pole shift, then every amateur telescope owner who aligns on North - and there are a few hundred thousand who do so every month - again ... every onwner would find his telescope completely unable to find and track objects, i.e., real, real out of whack.

Hmmmm. Well I'm glad to know their opinions on that. I don't

that the earth has tilted. I swear I'm getting the setting sun through
a north facing window. A number of other people who are posting on the
Intel Hub and their Youtube channel are swearing that something has
changed, and that the sun is setting in the NW now. And the Antarctic
thing dovetails with the sun rising two days early in Greenland this
year. Heck if I know what's going on. The earth is staggering like a
