I grabbed this definition of HAARP from an article called Background of the
HAARP Project off of www.earthpulse.com
It is good for hollow earthers to have an working definition of what HAARP
is. HAARP is installed around the Arctic basin ( the opening is in the
Arctic basin ) and has military applications. HAARP can modify the magnetic
field, which runs through the middle of the opening. Interesting, huh? That
article isn't so technical, you all might want to read it. Here is a piece
of it:
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, HAARP (1993)
The HAARP Program is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy,
and is based in Gakona, Alaska. It is designed to "understand, simulate and
control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of
communication and surveillance systems." The HAARP system intends to beam
3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of high frequency radio energy
into the ionosphere in order to:
Generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves for communicating with
submerged submarines
Conduct geophysical probes to identify and characterize natural ionospheric
processes so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them
Generate ionospheric lenses to focus large amounts of high frequency energy,
thus providing a means of triggering ionospheric processes that potentially
could be exploited for Department of Defense purposes,
Electron acceleration for infrared (IR) and other optical emissions which
could be used to control radio wave propagation properties
Generate geomagnetic field aligned ionization to control the
reflection/scattering properties of radio waves,
Use oblique heating to produce effects on radio wave propagation, thus
broadening the potential military applications of ionospheric enhancement
technology.

Here is something else on HAARP from that article:
" The ability of the HAARP / Spacelab/ rocket combination to deliver very
large amount of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere on earth via
laser and particle beams, are frightening."
Possible particle beam effects are explained by Cater in his book, he feels
that the craters on the Moon were created by this process. A particle beam
can concentrate large quantities of positively chaged particles at a point,
which then attracts all the electrons around it in a radius ( negatively
charged ), then the electrons all convege on the point and " ka-blooie "
worse than a nuke bomb.
You'll notice from my previous post that the HAARP can generate infrared
emissions. Well, the gravity-inducing radiations are in this range according
to Cater. Anti-gravity indicing radiations are in this range, too, since
antigravity is a matter of repulsion like two similar poles of a magnet
which repel each other. So a HAARP beam could theoretically bring down a UFO
by messing with its antigravity ability. OOOOOH!
And the HAARP is arrayed right at the opening of the hollow world. Remember
that the Straight-line theory recognises the high incidence of UFO sightings
following a path due North, where the opening is.
UFOs are like jets. The good guys have them, anf the bad guys have them.
Whose side are the powers-that-be in this world on?

According to the book Secret Life, the main theme in UFO abductions is
genetic extractions from humans. Artificial procreation of half-breeds is
going on because ladies are presented with half-breeds and told that they
are theirs!
In Etidorhpa, the Guide explains that the giant mushroom forests are so
strong, flavorful and lavish because of the environment being free from the
harmful radiations from the Sun. The earth's shell seems to act as a filter
for soft particles/orgone, which are healthy and benefic in effect. He
explains that mushrooms are not natural to the surface environment, that
they are not sun-based life forms, and that what we see of mushrooms on the
surface is only the tip of the icebergs, we only run across those which get
scattered out through the openings of caves and such.
Well, what about other life forms down there? What about cats which see
better in the dark? Maybe their retinas are more adjusted to orgone
particles or other frequencies of light. How about cockroaches? They are
definintely more comfortable in the dark. They always look for holes,
crevices and dark places. Does the surface environment stunt them? Are they
bigger underneath? More intelligent? Can certain animals cogitate down
there, do some animal forms exhibit abstractive intelligence down there?
Have animal forms been improved by breeding with human genes? Are certain
mystic abilities of animal form more developed down below?
We've already seen how Olaf Jansen described the outstanding development of
the human race in the orgone-rich environment of the hollow portion. We know
that aliens take genetic material from humans to create half-breeds, so who
knows what they do with the humans who are abducted and taken underneath.
Maybe our genes nourish animal half breeds who develop abstractive abilities
and show up on the surface as mothmen, chupacabras, ect. Is somebody
planning a surprise for us?

All worth considering. The evidence for genetic tampering and
exploitation of the surface biosphere by a largely-unseen realm
or its inhabitants, is overwhelming, and as you know represents
one of the themes of my book.
The "alien baby" or hybrid phenomenon, to the smallest detail, is
identical to the "fairy baby" or "changeling" legends of the British
Isles, Western Europe and Scandinavia, and many other regions
around the world. The "alien" aspect, with all its "high-tech" but
ultimately meaningless trappings, is just another mask or
disquise to confuse and befuddle the intended or target victims:
the human race. It's the same old type of predation which has
been going on for thousands of years.

" The Smoky God " is a book which relates some of the testimony of Olaf
Jansen about his experiences in the hollow portion- it is the only
first-hand description which exists.
Lately we've been talking about how a soft particle/orgone-rich environment
in the inner shell could be responsible for the developed life forms which
we suspect are down there- for example, the book Etidorhpa describes a
mushroom forest of huge proportions nourished by " Earth-bred light," which
seems to correspond to the way that soft-particle light carries hard
particles within them, and which typically releases the hard particles at a
certain depth underneath due to various frictions that the soft particle
experiences. This process is outlined in the hollow Earth treatise of Joseph
H. Cater The Ultimate Reality.

These benefic soft particles pass through the entire shell of the Earth, at
least the more stable ones, and congregate at the center, forming the inner
sun. There, they agitate against each other and release the hard particles
of light. This whole process accounts for the haziness surrounding the Inner
sun, for which which reason Olaf dubbed it The Smoky God- the hollow
Earthers are worshippers of the sun, their sun, the inner sun. This sun is,
of course, an extension of the sun of our solar sustem, which is also an
inhabited globe. They appear to be thankful towards the regent of that
globe; obviously, it would be because he is reponsible for giving life and
energy to the entire solar system.
Anyway, the way in which the inner sun forms accounts for its soft particle
nature, and this gives the healthy environment which Olaf described. An
environment which is responsible for the tall stature of the humans whom he
found there ( giants ), their long duration of life, their great memories,
and maybe even their even temperament, which he also described.
The egg structure is in common use in the universe, the Hindus refer to the
cosmos as the egg of Brahma, the creator ( brahmanda ), geodes are another
example. So why shouldn't that be the intended habitat of planets is within?
Surface worlds are ones exposed to turbulences, especially the unfiltered
rays of the harsh sun.
Here are some of Olaf's comments from " The Smoky God," part 4:

Delfi. Had the Bible said there were trees towering over three hundred feet
in height, and more than thirty feet in diameter, growing in the Garden of

What did you think of Alien Identities?

Sorry for the delay, I was busy all weekend.
I enjoyed the information concerning the alien identities. I found that many of my interests were brought together in the article.
I have read of other occurrences concerning the out of body encounters as well as the physical encounters with aliens. I have never been abducted, but I did see a vehicle of some sort (along with 15 other witnesses) flying around the moon when I was 15 years old. Since then, I was very interested in all I could read about UFO's. Since learning of the information concerning the earth being hollow, I have pretty much switched my focus. I felt that most of the UFO questions were answered with the hollow planets theory. I still have interest in UFO's, I now feel that the interest has matured into a more elaborate and comprehensive idea.
I have had a couple OOBE's, so I believe that abductions can be either physical or astral. I had two 'beings of light' take me to what I perceived to be an 'ocean of love'. Years later, reading stories written by T. Lobsang Rampa about his life as a monk in Tibet, he mentioned one of the highest spiritual levels being "The Ocean of Love". I have also been hovering in the room outside my body by a conscious effort. Unfortunately, I cannot do this anytime I want.
Years ago I was reading a lot of information about Caves and subterranean confrontations. I met someone who did just that and was even invited to go along. I must admit to the fear that kept me above ground. There was too much elaboration to the stories. This spelunker never saw any of the strangeness that I had read about. It has been about 8-10 years ago, I should try to contact him again and see if there are any new developments.
But, to answer the question more directly, I find this type of information fascinating as well as interesting...m-j

The Caucasian race can easily be seen to stretch from Northern India to Scandanavia and in European Russia. How far would it be from the Artic coast of the Siberian and European side of the polar basin to the opening suggested by several hollow Earth researchers, which is offset from the North Pole just above the New Siberian Islands?
A hop, skip and a jump- no more than a few hundred miles. So how difficult would it be for the Caucasian race to re-introduce itself and its culture to the surface of the planet from this particular opening at the end of every Kali Yuga? It does not seem that it would be so difficult at all.
The fact that the Caucasian race is so light skinned in Northern Europe is indicative, also. It suggests that any migration began from that region, then proceded downwards. This is because in the Middle East and India, the race is a bit darker. It is easier to go from a light complexion to a darker complexion, while is is harder to believe that darker skinned Caucasians migrated Northwards, then became sun bleached to their present blond haired, blue eyed state. Therefore, we can surmise that the Caucasians are not Caucasian in origin but rather, that their surface migration began in Northern Europe, along the Artic basin, near the opening. The reader maykeep in mind that in milleniums past, these areas were not as cold as they are now. As an example, I'll mention that Viking graves from 1,000 years ago have been opened up in Greenland, and it was found that roots, at that time, had penetrated the coffins. Now the graves lie under permafrost. This means that, previously, vegetation existed in the area and that there was a different climate.
