What Planet Gives Off 2 Times as Much Heat as it Receives From the Sun? | Education - Seattle PI

List members , the outer planets of our solar system , the "gas giants" are all net emitters of energy , both heat and light .
It thus exposes the lies we have been taught , that reflected sunlight is the ONLY source of luminosity of those planets , which are so distant from the Sun , that the Sun appears as a mere dot of light in their night sky...

Folks , the fact that really distant planets of our Solar system , especially gas giant planets such as Uranus and Neptune , have their own energy source , which is emitting both heat & light (the primary source of their luminosity , reflected sunlight being only a secondary source of luminosity , for such far away planets) should be very interesting to Hollow Earth theorists . You see , the astronomy textbooks NEVER admit that planets have a "sustainable" energy source at their cores .

Even the incredibly powerful storms raging in the atmospheres of gaseous outer planets of our solar system , such as Uranus & Neptune , point to a sustainable energy source in their planetary core - a fairly good evidence for presence of an "inner sun" .

What astronomy text books do claim is that all planets have a kind of liquid Nickel/iron core , which is a remnant from the planet formation billions of years ago - now this really is such a childish theory . How can molten iron continue to be at nearly the same temperature for billions of years ?? That would just violate the laws of thermodynamics .

On the other hand , if we consider that each planet has an inner sun at it's core then the "sustainable" part of the sustainable energy source can easily be explained !

Bingo. This is indeed true.

Soretna , you bet !

List members , Neptune is about the most frigid place in our entire solar system , but it also has probably the most chaotic storms raging
through it's atmosphere...it makes no sense for the atmosphere of such a frigid planets to get so agitated - unless their is a powerful energy source feeding that storm . Winds are clocking an unbelievable 1500 miles per hour , boy isn't that a monstrous storm ??

Given how small an impact the Sun can logically make , on the "weather" of distant Neptune , all this atmospheric turmoil must be getting caused by an energy source located in the planet's interior - it's inner sun , of course ! This of course has major implications for our Hollow planets theory . So , there you have it , a further proof of a "sustainable" energy source within the planet , which can only be powered by a nuclear reaction , such as what happens inside stars , not just by a stupid ball of molten iron :))

Neptune’s New Surprise Storm Is Nearly as Big as Earth

The ice giant’s atmosphere is pretty chaotic.
by Kelsey KennedyAugust 04, 2017Neptune's New Surprise Storm Is Nearly as Big as EarthShare This148The bright storm at the planet’s equator took scientists by surprise. N. Molter/I. De Pater, UC Berkeley/C. Alvarez, W. M. Keck Observatory
Just in recent months, we’ve seen that Jupiter’s magnetic field is lumpy, Venus’s atmosphere has giant standing waves, Uranus orbits the sun on its side, and Mars has giant tornados scouring its surface. Our cosmic neighborhood is full of characters, and now it’s Neptune’s turn in the spotlight. Astronomers recently spotted a storm on the planet’s surface that is both in a weird location and nearly the size of Earth.

The wild weather was observed from Hawaii’s W.M. Keck Observatory during a test run at dawn, and surprised scientists. “Normally, this area is really quiet and we only see bright clouds in the mid-latitude bands, so to have such an enormous cloud sitting right at the equator is spectacular,” said Ned Molter, the University of California, Berkeley, researcher who spotted the storm, in a press release. It stretches 5,500 miles across the middle of Neptune, about twice the distance from New York to Los Angeles.

Neptune’s storms don’t quite have the enduring persistence of Jupiter’s famous Great Red Spot. The planet’s Great Dark Spot, in the southern hemisphere, and was captured by Voyager 2’s cameras back in 1989. Winds were clocked at 1,500 miles per hour. By the time the Hubble Space Telescope turned its eye toward the planet in 1994, the storm had dissipated, but another was raging in the northern hemisphere. Yet another dark spot storm turned up in 2016. Who knows what surprises the most-distant planet will throw at us next?
