This video could be total disinformation, this sounds
like a voice I have heard on Oracle Broadcasting, or
Truthfrequency, with a British accent. I don't trust this
guy, not just because he's British and mocks Americans,
just a gut feeling.

He sounds like an Aussie doctor that Jeff Rense has on once in a while.
I can't think of his name because I totally blow him off. He is waaaaay
out there! I wish I could think of his name.
But......have you heard about the Russian scientific team that is trying
to drill into Lake Vostok and has been incommunicado for six days, as of
yesterday? Today will be the seventh if they don't turn up. They're
under a whole lot of ice, somewhere, or they're in a sunny climate
