<You know, this and any other deep, underwater constructions suggests vertical plate movement, at least in the sense that some underground cavern collapsed and dry land went under. They say that the whole Gulf of Mexico was above water at one point.>
Plate movement is the only explanation if one thinks about it. Especially when a whole city is found basically intact. If it were scattered about then I would say Tidal Wave, but not so here.
<If land masses can drop like this, then this could explain lower sea levels- when the land mass was higher, the level of the oceans was higher, too.>
This for me also points to a HE, otherwise, I do not think we would see cities falling beneath seas, and oceans lowering. If the earth was not hollow, there would be no place for them to drop.
<Have any other land masses dropped?>
I am sure there have been. Atlantis could have been one if indeed it existed. Lands have changed quite a bit over the years, so there must be some others beneath the sea.
<According to Cater´s scheme, what would account for plate movement, vertical or horizontal, would be electrostatic force which builds up beneath plates and along plate lines in condenser-like fashion, fueled by soft particle penetration, which breaks up below and releases the electrical hard particle within.>
Exactly,so again we are looking at a HE where the soft particles penetrate into the earth's crust, but the hard electrons release before hand create pressure which builds until it causes earthquakes, volcano's etc. These are times when the concentration of charges reaches a critical state. A condenser-like discharge of particles then occur. The sudden discharge of hard electrons when this happens causes an explosion--and since the hard electrons are partially confined instead of totally scattered, tremendous forces are released causing the earth to shake.
<By the way, that virus got my computer. I´m on somebody else's. If I have correspondence pending, wait a little. I might have my computer up by tonight.>
I hope your computer is fixed and as good as new.
