This is actually pretty old info. I remember reading it on a U.F.O. sight called the Black Vault but it tells of technique of a "reasonably" successful way of capturing U.F.O.s on video tape. I myself am too busy, lazy and impatient to try the technique but if anyone out there has the time and patience and a whole lot of motivation it would be interesting to see the results..
