That Time It Reached 55 Degrees In Antarctica During Winter

They don't really give a reasonable source for the warm winds in Antactica, but speak of wind patterns originating in the Equatorial region, something like that.

Of course, an outgush of warm air from the hollow earth through the southern polar opening would explain the phenomenon nicely.

When warm air gushes out of the Antarctic openining, it pushes the cold air further towards the Equator and causes winter in the southern hemisphere.

But let's assume that warm air is expelled by both poles, and not just one. Why would it be just one?

So, in spite of ths phonomenon in the South, the warm air expelled by the northern opening during northern summer isn't noticed much because it gets attributed to the fact that The Sun beats down on the northern hemisphere at that time anyway.
