Hmmm, I find this strange and slightly difficult to parse, especially given the context of "Tekeli-li / Tekelili". What are your thoughts and interpretation @sidharthabahadur?

@Soretna , what I sense is that while this is a collection of fictional stories about the Antarctic and Hollow Earth , the inspiration for these stories is firmly rooted in actual events of the 19th and 20th century - including the adventures of Admiral Byrd...

**I am now realising that Edgar Allan Poe was one of the most significant writers of Hollow Earth related fiction . Jules Verne who wrote "A journey to the center of the Earth" , himself acknowledged Poe's writings as his inspiration ! It's worth mentioning therefore , that Poe was also one of the most misunderstood writers of his time...
