Top SECRET US satellite launched by SpaceX aims to send 'unknown group'
MYSTERY messages
This article leaves a lot to speculation, but one thing that went through
my mind when reading this was Joseph Cater's remarks on how a satellite
could be used to communicate with those at different energy levels/spirit
world dwellers due to the differential in the time shift and size ratios of
the other portions of the planet that are made up of higher energy particle
levels.
Interesting stuff.
