Strange Lights in the sky Recorded During Morocco’s Devastating Earthquake

Folks , yet again a devastating earthquake has been associated with mysterious lights appearing in the sky just before it struck...how can we learn to predict such natural disasters unless the electromagnetic root cause of earthquakes is understood ?? Strangely , around the same time , Morocco's neighbour -Libya has been struck with the worst storm in it's recorded history . So , can science explain the correlation between these 2 events ?

List members , please take a look at this article - this is why the Plate Tectonics theory has FAILED in helping us to predict earthquakes , despite 100 years of effort ! I think , quakes will be unpredictable till mainstream science corrects it's basic concepts about this phenomenon :-

Reminds me of the late Tom Bearden's remarks about quartz and various piezoelectric effects deep under ground causing such lights.
