I saw the snow cruiser must have been in 1939 on its journey to
Boston. I saw it on route 5 in Auburn New York. I remember the big
tires and it was painted bright orange or yellow.

Hi Dennis,
I was only 7 years old at the time. I remember seeing the Snow Cruise
on the main street in Auburn New York. The main st is route # 5 & 20
that moves through the Finger Lake region of upper New York State. I
remember the Cruiser being Orange in color not the red show on the
net.

thanks fr the info... what the snow cruiser was used for is, I believe, a
true mystery.
