Everybody,
Here's a few simple things that I gleaned once about the underground origins of indian tribes:

The truth is that most tribes don't know anything about their distant, underground origins in cavern worlds. But the tribal leaders in reservations high up in the mountains near places where caves and tunnels are known to exist probably do know. And they are the only such people that we could ever have contact with.
Now, who lives next door to an American indian reservation? Don't answer up all at once.
