People,
The Arctic Sea ice opens and closes. There are fjords on the inner side of the opening according to Olaf Jansen's testimony, and during the inner world's summer in their northern hemisphere, the ice in the fjords melts. Then it floats out and clogs up The Arctic Ocean.
Ice doesn't form in the Arctic Ocea, it is too salty and saltwater doesn't freeze up. At near absolute zero it expunges the salt, then it freezes, but there is no absolute zero in the Arctic Ocean, far from it.
It depends on the temperature in the northern hemisphere inside. In other words, on the season inside. When there is summer in the outer northern hemisphere, the Arctic air is being sucked inside the northern orifice and this pulls warm air up from the Equator towards our northern hemisphere and causes our summer. It causes winter in their North. It also pushes air out of the southern orifice which, in turn, imposes Antarctic air upon the southern hemisphere, such as Argentina.
If the air gets sucked into the northern orifice, this means that the southern part of our globe is receiving more direct sunlight because of the apparent southerly course of The Sun. Then the southern part heats up more in the inner earth, and this energizes their southern airspace and causes the air to spew out of the southern orifice, and puts the process into motion. The air will get sucked into the northern orifice at the end of the line.
