I don't see that all countries have the technology to produce and deliver all of these newish weapons, such as HAARP. Only a few. And when it comes to anti gravity weapons and weather weapons, then fewer still. And yes, we are caught in the middle, unfortunately.
I imagine that the hollow earthers are very well disposed towards us unfortunate humans up here on the top, but there are forces opposed, they Grays, for example; and surely this keeps the hollow earthers from establishing positive agendas on the surface. In fact, they might be bottled up.

I read the PK Man book, at least 3 times, according to this true
story there is a hand moving the world wheels
from up there that is helping the dirty hands down here. The human mass
is caught up in their games, dont think is a fair game
for us all to be caught in this never ending and going nowhere
human hamster wheel.
These all knowing beings from up there must know the beings inside the hollow earth, or
are they the same ones that fly up and down making us think they come from
a near dimenstion unknown to us, what do you think?????

We have to interpret events on the surface differently in light of the hollow earth understanding. What happened at Fukushima could have been a planned accident because the radiation, of course, passes through the crust as well as out and about above. The Japanese are linked to the undeground world below them, controlled by it, and the Japanese were distancing themselves from the NWO and getting cozy with China. What they got was a punch in the face.
