Lonni,
The altitude of the supposed clouds is 85 kilometers, which is 52 miles high! There are no clouds on the Earth at that altitude because the Earth's atmosphere doesn't support clouds that high; no way! I imagine that they are loosely called clouds for want of any other name or explanation, clouds of a sort, you know.
Not that I want to talk down to you, I just want to clear that up for anyone who hasn't thought much about it.
These blue so-called clouds must be a matter of particles expressed out of the orifices, which break up into their constituent photons in the frequency of blue, at that altitude and time of season; for some reason.
Why?

Most of the photos you see of the auroras are green, aren't they? And
these "clouds" are a strange blue. You would have to wonder if it has
to do with the full spectrum of light coming from the inner sun in being
filtered to a narrower band of color, or does the inner sun perhaps
produce a different kind or color of light than what we are used to
seeing? Lonni

One more thought on the color of the light produced by the inner sun-
has anyone else read many near death experience accounts? I have always
been struck by the people who describe heaven as having colors that we
do not have, a wider spectrum. It makes sense that a light source in an
higher dimension would produce a different kind of light than our sun,
and that perhaps a sun in a confined space like the inner earth would
produce a different kind of light and colors as well.

I think both of these are happening: 1) Bombardment intensity of wave+particle from the Sun is increasing. 2) Earth's roration velocity is also increasing.
