We've seen this before, Chris and his videos of the Moon, from his site Lunar Anomalies and Beyond. The image is from China and not doctored over by NASA.
At time stamp 14:18 he begins to to explain a few general anomalies about craters.
At 14:30, he offers reason to comment that the Moon is hollow.
And at 16:18, more reason for another hollow Moon comment.
There are some rather realistic and clear photos as you go through it.
