The first two minutes contain a closeup of that tower on the far side of the Moon that the Soviets first discovered. Personally, I never saw it closeup.
THere are towers all over The Moon like that. On the site Lunar Anomalies and Beyond, there are some photos chock full of them. But this one is quite clear.
The moon is very weird. It’s hollow and “tracks” the Earths rotation.
since the 40’s, there are people on the Moon. They have cities outside and inside in the dark backside of the moon. The Moon is an artificial object that was brought here, when there were wars on Earth, millions of years ago. It was a base station. So there were ruins already when the Secret Government went there. And because it is artificial, that’s why the Moon never spins around and you see only the one side of the moon. It has technology to prevent the Moon from spinning so you don’t see the side with the buildings and spaceships.

The puranic literature of India speaks of a lunar dynasty (kingdom with people is implicit) existing just as you have said, millions of years ago.
I see no reason to conclude that they ever left, they do seem to have moved most of their activity to the back side, though. Still, plentiful constructions are seen on the side that faces us, and these can be easily seen on the site Lunar Anomalies and Beyond.
The protruding chimnies and black smoke indicate underground activity.
With reference to the help that they offered to the celestials against demoniac intrusions, A.C. Bhativadanta Swami commented that in ancient times, the Lunar dynasty was ”counted amongt the demigods”.
In other words, they are a pious population, and people shouldn’t speak of alien bases on “our” Moon. They are just the people that have always been there.

It is interesting that Joseph Smith, Jr. even revealed that there are people living on our Moon in the 1800s. Everything points to this being true and that there are simply many efforts to obfuscate so many things on our convex surface, in/under (cavern world + concave inner surface + inner space/sky/sun), and about our world and the universe beyond.
There are plenty of videos online showing lights appearing from the moons surface. Even one guy with his telescope filming ufos flying over the surface. It's all on youtube.

Yes, there are many site online showing artificial artifacts on the Moon, such as Lunar Anomalies and Beyond. Lunar Anomalies and Beyond shows lots of constructions, bridges and roads, it is well presented.
The narrator points out cave openings and such, and speaks of underground bases.
