Hi Gary
This is the transportation they use for Presidents and all VIPs
when the air is not safe. New York has many underground man made portals
that connect all over, the Pope has few of them under the Vatican City that spead
all over Italy and few close Countries.
When you get sometime, please, check the underground that exists in Denver CO
Airport.

Hi Alena, yes, I know about the Denver airport underground city/base, and it's connections to the world-wide tunnel/tube system including many military underground bases. (most large cities, and most military bases have underground components) I hadn't heard about the Vatican connection though, but it makes sense that it would be a part of it. Gary
