In the long email I sent earlier it gives the result of
experiments conducted decades ago by Dr Wilhelm
Reich and subsequent recent follow ups that prove
the same thing. This is about "Bion-Water," not
"orgone energy," that Reich also discovered, but now
scientists are calling the "God Particle," and playing
around with in the circular tunnel under the ground near
Switzerland and Italy called the "particle beam
accelerator," which some say could end up creating a
disaster here on earth by creating a "black-hole."
Bion-Water, which Dr Willard claims he discovered, and
never mentions Dr Reich at all, is very easy to make
when you learn what Dr Reich discovered before Willard.
But, to keep this on-topic, so it makes it to this site, this
could also support the idea on other planets, such as Mars,
that they claim has water, and Ice in certain areas, could
give the conditions needed to support that beginning of life.
