Hi all, I am posting this info mainly for
informational purposes, and I would like to see what others here think about
this... discussion welcomed... After perusing Serge Salters videos and links, my
take on his information is that, while he has some interesting info, I don't
agree with all he says, or some of his interpretations... He has obviously (for
instance) taken taken information from the web, such as this article from "India
Daily"

And interpreted it as not extraterrestrials, but as
an advanced inner Earth civilization??? And, while it makes more sense to me
that an inner Earth civilization would be more concerned about the surface of
the Earth, he is making a leap in logic that isn't fully explained by facts... I
am interested in hearing what you folks think about this. Gary

"Remote viewing is nothing new in Tibetan
monasteries. For thousands of years remote viewing in the middle of other

Interpretation of the monks’ statements makes it
evident that the Inner Earth (not Extra Terresterials) powers are watching us
every step of the way. They will intervene in 2012 and save the world from
self-destruction. As India Daily states these are possibly Extra Terrestrials,
Tibetan Scriptures actually mention Inner Earth Kingdom, not some Off-World
visitors. Monks refer to Inner Earth Power as "Divine Power". Master (head of
Inner Earth City of Arianni) in Admiral Byrd's story of his Inner Earth Voyage
(see this story in my movie here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rn0prGhLCR8
) has told Byrd that their greatest concern is nuclear power and possible
nuclear war. Master also said about "Storm" after which The Inner Earth Values
will be re-established on The Surface World.
"When asked about recent UFO sightings in India and
China, the monks smiled and said the divine powers are watching us all. Mankind
cannot and will not be allowed to alter the future to that great extent. Every
human being though their current acts in life called “Karma” can alter the
future lives to some extent, but changing the destiny in that large extent will
not be allowed to that great an extent."
The Survey which Inner Earth Visitors conduct on
this planet using their "UFOs" is true care for mankind and they will intervene
if things will go wrong.

civilization would understand that the final frontier of science and technology
is in area of spirituality and not material physics and chemistry. Beyond 2012,
out technologies will take a different direction.
People will learn the
essence of spirituality, the relation between body and the soul, the

Overturn of 2012 will touch every aspect of life on
this planet. Master in abovementioned movie has also said about "Storm" after
which The Inner Earth Values will be re-established on The Surface World.
" In India and China UFO sightings have increased
in many folds. Many say the Chinese and Indian Governments are being contacted
by the Extra Terrestrials."
...Contacted by Inner Earth Representatives, again
it's incorrect to say "by Extra Terrestrials".
"In recent days most UFO activities have been seen
in those countries who have indigenously developed Nuke
capabilities."
By Trilateral Agreement between Inner Earth, China
and India, there is an Inner Earth Base is currently built on the India-China
border in Tibet. This place is Kongka La, the low ridge pass in the Himalayas.
Once It was disputed India-China border. According to many tourists, Buddhist
monks and the local people of Ladakh, the Indian Army and the Chinese Military
maintain the line of control, and do not allow anyone to enter the area.
Something much more serious is happening in this area.
According to the few local people on the Indian and
Chinese sides, this is where the UFOs are seen coming out of the ground,
According to many, the UFO underground bases are in this region and both the
Indian and Chinese Government know this very well..
"When asked if these "Extra Terrestrials" will show
up in reality in 2012, the answers remote viewers are giving is: they will
reveal themselves in such a way that none of us scared. They will reveal

The Base on India-China border is not just one will
be opened by 2012, a few other countries will host the presence of Inner Earth
Earth Civilization during trouble times.

that we are not even aware of. As our technologies progress we will realize how
external forces saved us."
People are not aware, for instance, that Siberian
Installation of Inner Earth People shoots meteorites on regular basis.

comments on what prevented from hitting the Earth by meteorite in 1908 and from
hitting by most recent meteorite on
24 September 2002:
"It is not so much a case of belief; we know what
caused it. It was a meteor, but a meteor that was destroyed by ... let's say,
a missile. The missile was generated by a material installation. We don't know
who constructed it, but it was built long, long ago and is situated in Siberia,
several hundred kilometres north of Tunguska. I can tell you that our
investigation has revealed more than one explosion at Tunguska. Let me share
something with you. The last time that this installation shot down a meteor was
on 24/25 September last year. The Americans ... they have three bases ...
