Eureka ! There is actually a Japanese instructor who teaches "Euskera" , the Basque language in Japan . It seems others too have noticed the similarity in syntax between Basque and Japanese , especially with "Ainu" , a dialect spoken in Northern Japan .
Another equally mysterious similarity of Basque language is to the Dogon tribe of Mali , made famous by their traditional stories of extraterrestrial visitors . The Basque people even have higher incidence of Rh- blood....

Thanks Soretna , now let us examine options for our own hypothesis on the origin of these people :
Either the Basque or Ainu of Northern Japan were an all conquering group of people that conquered more than 10,000 km across Eurasia in order to get to the other end - highly unlikely
A central Asian group migrated westward to Spain and Eastward to Japan - this too is less likely because we do not find any Central Asian culture bearing the remotest similarity with Baque or Ainu culture .
A community of people living in the North Polar region (hollow earthers ?) split into two groups , one migrating South West towards Spain , the other group migrating South East towards Japan , probably to survive the last ice age - this to me seems to be the most likely scenario , that could also explain why the Basque and Ainu culture of Northern Japan are so distinct from all others .
Beyond the above 3 , is a bizarre possibility of some extraterrestrial visitation/influence , as depicted in the mythology of Dogon tribe from Africa (they have thousands of words sounding similar to Basque) . The Dogon make specific mention of sky people who came down from the Sirius star system...given the high % of RH- blood in the Basque people and their lack of similarity to other Indo-European groups , even this extratrrestrial possibility cannot be ruled out completely . Till date , science has no clear explanation for the existence of RH- blood type among humans and it's origins....

This could be really important evidence for hollow earth influence or even extraterrestrial influence as Sidhartha speculated. Of course, there is certainly overlap between intra-earth and extra-earth because many of our "UFO" sightings are actually from the interior, as much evidence indicates.
I find it quite interesting that both peoples seem to have essentially come "out of nowhere" -- i.e., their origins are mysterious. No one can exactly explain how they originated and they are both quite important in history. Too many coincidences for this to be a coincidence...

Hopefully , this creates a challenge for the "armchair bound" anthropologists of academia . It should give them a reason to get off their backsides and do some "real" research work for a change , rather than just keep rehashing their tired old theories :))

I believe there's also a connection with Atlanteans and the other "coastal
colonies" around the world (ie, the red heads and Rh factor populations) as
we previously discussed. It is too too coincidental to see that these
genetic traits seem to mostly island/costal features. Anthropologists and
biologists are either way out in left field or they're too afraid to say
some of this stuff.
