Well that is an interesting thought Dean. Never crossed my mind. It is
supposed to work at the atmosphere level, but of course it could be working
(and likely is) with telluric (ground) waves as well. It may be worth
looking into Eric Dollard's (he has cancer and likely not much time left,
so probably people should really dig into his research before time runs
out) recent release, and the other potentially interesting items from this

If HAARP can be bounced off the higher stratas and directed to a point on the ground, then it could be directed to the polar orifices, too. This means that HAARP could interfere with the magnetic canopy, the auroras and the conffinement dome.
It could also interfere with the electromagnetic filaments which pass between The Sun and the planets. These filaments surely provided electromagnetic electricty to aid in geo processes, and they could be participating in orbital processes, too.
The Popal Vu and Velokofsky's work relate that, at the time of The Great Flood, the orbit of Venus became so elastic that it bounced nearer and farther away from The Earth. Something akin to a HAARP effect might have been employed.
What if a HAARP effect could stop up and plug the flow of radiations that emante from the polar openings. Would that case the electricity to build up within and burn everyone to death? Would the inner sun explode? Would there be a "blown fuse" effect?
How interesting, then, that our country was the one that sent a nuclear tipped missile which exploded about the lunar South Pole; and that the Russians were the ones who cried bloody murder about it. Could nuclear explosions at the poles interfere with planetary orbits? Were they trying to measure such an effect upon The Moon? Does the fact that the USA was able to send a relatively slow missile to such a sensitive point on The Moon suggest that the inner Moon dwellers are bottled up?
I have long thought that, because the Russians are so close to the opening, they might be the ones who are aligned with the hollow earthers.
The Great Flood was followed by a decrease in life spans on the Earth because of the collapse of the cloud mantle, and this is the version of the Puranas of India and of the Bible. The Puranic report tells that these phenomena coincided with the end of The Bhagavad Gita War and the beginning of the Kaliyuga.
The Bhagavad Gita War, as far as I understand, was fought on other planets in the solar system; and you'll noticed that the face of Mars got wiped clean and they have to live underground. The planet between Mars and Jupiter, which some call Maldek, was made rubble and and just floats around as the asteroid belt.
I think that we already know that the inhabitants of our planet, both within and without, are being threatened by demoniac beings who have a presence here, and who fly around in UFOs; simply put. But perhaps we are only now beginning to understand just how much destruction they are capable of, and exactly what methods they could employ.
And perhaps only now we might be beginning to understand that our position is like General Patton's; he was a great general and a great fighter, but after WWII, he told that "we just fought the wrong enemy". And that realization, and his big mouth - albeit sincere and patriotic - got him killed, too.
How far should/can we go?

One thing is for sure, we are heading into a phase of the weaonization of electromagnetic technology on the surface of the earth, and the powers that be seem to be ready to wait out the destruction in the depths below, in their underground cities.
I think that they are arming and preparing us to go against the hollow earthers one day. This spells doom for our freedoms, and tradittiional schooling and culture, because they would have to control everyone's movements, purchases, accumulations and activities with such technology floating around. Cuba, for example, dedicates 20% of its population to its security apparatus, and most of tht is internal. For example, every city block everywhere has a camera that monitors. China is similar.
The greys and such underground beings aren't capable of standing the rays of The Sun, so they need proxies. And with all the abductions going on, they must be cultivating a huge human population underground, ready to rise up and ocupy the surface once the time comes. Many must already walk among us.
