What an informative video.
The Orellana expedition, which was the first to travel from the Pacific coast (Peru) to the mouth of the Amazon River at the Atlantic Ocean, reported a totally unknown pack animal that wasn't one of the pack animals from the Andes Mountains, such as the llama. These animals were seen in the riverside villages in the domain of the female, Amazon warriors, whom they also came across.
I am completely sure that the Amazons lived underground, as in Capadocia. The villages would send food tribute to the Amazon villages, but huge amonts more than what they could eat. So where did it go? Underground.
And I imagine that those animals went underground, too.
