defies all of the popular laws of gravity. This matter occasionally
rises to altitudes of several hundred thousand miles. It does not
follow a trajectory in descending as it is supposed to. Also, its
speed of decent does not follow the law of falling bodies at any
time. In fact, the velocity of fall is much lower than should be
expected. One of the reasons is the low surface gravity of the sun.
Another reason is the variable quantity of negative charges which
impregnate these masses."
The idea is that the Sun has a huge mass but that it doesn't produce
much in the way of radiation in the frequency which produces gravity
effects. On the other hand, the gravity-inducing radiation emanates from
within the individual planets, which are the source of the gravity which
binds them to the Sun, i.e., it is the other way around
from the orthodox concept.
This post, below, is worth reading again. (Two paragraphs ...) Cater speaks of the "... low surface gravity of The Sun". Yes, and this phenomenon does away with Newtonian gravity, that mass causes gravity. This is important to the hollow earth understanding because newtonian gravity is anethema to the hollow earth theory. The superior weight of the crust would implode the hollow cavity. But it doesn't. So gravity is not newtonian.

As mentioned previously, gravity effects are produced by a highly penetrating portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, which falls between the lowest fringes of the infrared and the higher frequencies of the radar band. It is on the order of about a trillion cycles per second. Most of the
energy radiated by the sun is in the ultraviolet range and above. Only an infinitesimal part of it [The Sun's radiated energy] is in the lower frequencies which contain the gravity radiations. Therefore, the sun has a very low surface gravity as evident by the tidal effects it produces."
Because the sun doesn't radiate much in the gravity effects range, there is no repulsion of the radiations emitted by planets. Therefore, it is the planets that are tractive, that latch onto the Sun, so to speak.
There is no newtonian gravity, the density of matter does not cause gravity effects, or else deep caverns would be imploded from the weight above, and the hollow cavivty, too.
