A 22% drop is one thing for the surface, but if the Sun's rays have to pass through the Earth's crust to reach the hollow world in the first place, then how much of a reduction do they experience when the ray's are reduced before they even reach the crust?
Does it matter much?
Are we being protected from ultra violet as a result of chem-trails?

Holly and All,
Cater feels that many electron particles are composed of photons, and that they tend to get groggy and break up when they pass through the strata of static electricity that exist within the crust.
And the more they break up into photons, i.e., the deeper you go, the more that omnipresent light manifests, without a localized source.
Pure Cater.
