Tsunami damage causes meltdown of plants. Can this meltdown
go thru to the earth's crust, annoying the being inside. Also, I heard
a commentary on the radio say that the fall-out is coming this way, we

The nuclear material wasn't thrown into the air like an atomic bomb would throw it. The building blew apart from steam and hydrogen.
We keep potassium iodine, potassium iodate and povodone iodine for emergencies but this doesn't look like that kind of emergency for us, here. Do you have a copy of Nuclear War Survival Skills?
I'm sure the inner earth people have technology to neutralize the fuel rods if they melt their way through the earths crust toward them. Dr. Sonne Ward, who I consider a good friend, demonstrated technology that would neutralize plutonium and uranium at Rocky Flats to government officials. Strangely, the officials were outright hostile to him, afterwards. The powers-that-be on the surface of our planet are terminally corrupt. Sonne will never promote this technology while TPTB threaten his life for doing so.

Craig and Mike,
I imagine that radiation fallout could pass through the crust for some distance, and perhaps threaten cavern worlds close to the surface, but radiation wouldn't reach the hollow cavity at all. It is too far down.
They don't want to reduce or neutralize anything from plutonium and uranium, how would they kill people?
