@Soretna , I think you're right - these tunnel borers were probably "classified" and have gotten even more advanced over time ! The number of DUMBs has significantly increased across the globe over the last 40-50 years .

@Soretna , the real nature of the 300 Km of tunnels in Bakhmut and Soledar of Ukraine , that are now coming to light suggest - that nuclear tunnel borers were probably used to build them...hmm !
