Subject: Re: [allplanets-hollow] Another neat-o cross post
Dean Answered Anthony...
I think that the existence of well-preserved mammoth remains, with grass in
its teeth and undigested food in its stomach, does not have an explanation
according to any orthodox thought. Hollow Earthers interpret the existence
of such remains to the existence of an opening to the warmer, hollow portion
of the Earth somewhere above the New Siberian Islands; that the mammoth fell
into the ice recently while still in the hollow portion, and that they
floated out.

Dean... I simply can't let your comment above stand unchallenged. You, Dean, seem to be the MAIN "Hollow Earther" that "interprets" the existence of such remains as having floated up through the polar hole.
True, " orthodox thought " does not have another explanation. But James Churchward in his ": Cosmic Forces of MY" books, did... and a damned reasonable explanation it is, no matter how much you refuse to give it any credence. I've written of it time after time in prior months. Seems completely forgotten by you - and some others.

No, I didn't forget his explanation, that a pole shift and resultant tidal waves brought the Arctic and the mammoth to the top of the Earth from a tropical zone. I think that such a shift would have been tumultuous, the wash from the tidal waves would have mangled their bodies, but what has been found are well-preserved mammoth, one at least in pristine condition.

The temperate or even tropical past of the Arctic could be accounted for by the existence of a cloud canopy like Venus has- it wouldhavedistributed the warmth of the planet more uniformly.
FINALLY BUY HIS books and read them!. Perhaps then you might not be so totally self-convinced the remains of large animals (some well preserved, most not) at the mouth of the Lena River MUST HAVE floated out of a polar hole! Possibly there have been vast herds of such surface extinct animals inside the hollow in recent times and even now, as you want to believe,
But the re-balancing "lurch" (back to mean position) of the north pole during the "last" (he thought) MAGNETIC CATACLYSM before 17,000 years ago, described by Churchward, better explained the phenomena.
- The Tangoose mammoth, whose findingis described on that Marshall Gardner page, was not 17,000 years old. I am sure, though, that back when the Arctic was warmer, that the mammoth used to roam around on the surface.
Earth's gyroscopical force regained control of the polar surface that had been gradually drawn out of mean from the Sun's powerful magnetic attraction for the magnetically super charged north polar area. "Pulled" free, the polar surface (and rest of earth) "lurched" away from the Sun back toward mean. But the looser surface waters continued in the former direction, the earth's surface passing UNDER the waters. Same result... The waters of the northern Pacific poured over the nearby (then still mountainless) lands; a north moving flood of great waves swept over the Gobi (wiping out and burying much of the Uighur empire), parts of Asia and Russia. The Lena DEPRESSION "guided" much of the water toward the Arctic ocean.
The Arctic ocean waters at the same time were "moving" OVER the polar north, down onto Canada, the United States and western parts of northern Europe, the waves carrying with them accumulated polar ice, which with picked up rocks, pulverized into a mash, all vegetable matter, animal life - and man - in the path of the SOUTH moving wave.

Again, the mammoth which have been found have been found in good state of preservation, at least with their skeletons intact. A huge wave carrying them across geographical regions would not have left them in such a condition.
The NORTH moving waves (WITHOUT ICE) of the same MAGNETIC "lurch" moving over Asia picked up the vast herds of animals, large AND small, that roamed the verdant plains of Asia and Russia. MOST of them were tumbled apart by the waters and pieces of their remains are scattered from MANY HUNDREDS of miles south of the mouth of the Lena. Your polar hole as "source" is inadequate to explain how those vast quantities of remains over vast surface areas, came to be deposited. Churchward's MAGNETIC CATACLYMIC "lurch," suddenly sending large waves northward toward the Arctic, DOES explain how they may have been deposited.
A FEW of those large beasts, grazing NEARER Llakoff's Island, found with fresh plants still in their mouths and stomachs, were drowned and probably carried in the upper depths of the waves, and deposited relatively intact on top of the mass of animals forming the main Llakoff Island (and a few minor "islands" nearby) They were the exception. Most of the other beasts picked up by the waves were tumbled about, on to the surface rocks and broken into pieces. On the other side of the world, the waters carried ICE (plus rocks) which pulverized similar animal life into "fertilizer," leaving few traces.

Dick,

You can say that, but a wave like that wouldn't have to drag you along the ocean floor to mangle you up, and why would the mammoth float along the top layers of the charging tidal wave?
-
If Churchward were still around, he might have evolved and incorporated newer points of view. You seem to be adamant about one interpretation by one man. I take what's good from Gardner and move one, I take what is good and what stands from Cater and move on- you do not seem to be able to do that. You can't just sware by Churchward and not be flexible. I bet he himself was more flexible about his theories than you are about his theories.

That's all for now,

Othodoxy still wants to believe that a great multi-mile high FROZEN ICE CAP (that had mysteriously built up gradually over thousands of years and then persisted for many thousands of years more, during a GLOBAL FREEZE) sat on top of the entire northern hemisphere. And at the same time another similarly imposing mass of ice covered the southern latitude of earth, between them temporarily seeming to encase most of water on the planet. Orthodox thinkers today refuse to think about the necessary multi-mile high mountain chain that HAD to exist in the north UPON which snow could accumulate to the depth of many thousands of additional feet to form such a glacier. That theoretical, necessary range of high mountains they once labeled the "LABRADOR MOUNTAINS," somehow later disappeared, swallowed up by the earth, without a trace they ever existed! Since their disappearance could not be explained, yet their former existence was necessary to build the ice cap, all mention of "Labrador Mountains" was conveniently deleted from published text books and "scientific" discussions. If any mention had remained, people MIGHT question the theory of a ice age, ice cap. Very upsetting to orthodox Professors and textbook publishers.
The major PHENOMENA orthodox thinkers point to in fundamental support of their theory that a GLACIER OF ICE moving (slowly too, they theorized) southward over Canada and much of the northern United States (large parts of it moving toward the east coast), and over Europe, are the traces of ICE SCRATCHINGS on the stationary rocks traveled over. The rocks were scratched by ice, therefore it must have been a giant, multi-mile high glacier of ice moving over them! Sounds reasonable IF one cannot think of ANOTHER way the phenomena could also be produced. Churchward DID think of another way...
Churchward claimed there was NO ICE AGE. It is a poorly supported myth he regularly produced ample evidence to demolish. No ice cap built up and covered large parts of the northern hemisphere for thousands of years. The evidence of ICE SCRATCHING the stationary rocks was accomplished by vast waves of water, moving south from the pole, carrying masses of polar ICE, as well as chunks of picked up rocks (which were rolled and rounded into boulders of various sizes). It was a catastrophic event lasting DAYS, not thousands of years!
You can choose to reject his theory. BUT it does explain HOW vast herds of Asian plains beasts were suddenly "moved" further north toward the Arctic where SOME of the bodies of the larger animals were collected to form Llakoff's island off the mouth of the Lena. Obviously, this catastrophic event was probably accompanied by apparently suddenly INCREASED colder temperatures near the Arctic as well, quick freezing most of the remains, the pieces, and the intact animal carcasses. His explanation (accepted or not) is reasonable for the animal-depositing phenomena. Your polar hole explanation, though a FEW beasts MAY also have come up from the HE, does not support the overall phenomena. Sorry.
