Members,
Well, they have started blackouts in my city, Sao Paulo, to save electricity. The TV is saying that whole neighborhoods just had their electricity cut.

Members-
I know that I send a lot of sites for you all to look at. For example, I just sent one, Planetary Mysteries, which has a nice resource- you click on the pic, and that area of the Moon comes into focus, with higher or lower pixel count as you like.
But this is a page that I woulds really like you all to look at: http://www.lunaranomalies.com/mare.htm
It is entitled: Glass Domes in Mare Crisium. I read it a long time ago, but I just looked it up again for you all.
This is why-
Last night I was observing the Moon, near the crater Janssen. The area immediately to the West has quite a concentration of craters. At one point, when the Sun's rays were oblique, I could have sworn that all the craters looked bulbous! Dome-like! I thought to myself that " The Moon looks like it has blisters all over it." This lasted for about 30 seconds. I compared the domes to Janssen itself, which was huge and uneven. Janssen if different. It is huge, it is called a walled plain, they don't even call it a crater. In fact, it has craters in it. janssen didn't display this. At one point, about another 30 seconds later, the same phenomenon popped into the field of view again, momentarily.
I figured that it must have been an optical illusion because of the fact that the crater floors are of a slightly different shade. But now I am wondering if there isn't possibly some kind of glass-like or astral-type of domes over some of these craters. Maybe this would account for some of the crystal structures which are seen in the background of some of these processed Moon pictures, like the ones that Richard Hoagland has presented. The astral/soft particle structure might capture or reflect some miniscule quantity of light which faintly shows up on processed images. Maybe, for a few seconds, I caught the angle of the oblique rays just right, and some other factors might have been at work.
Mr. Cater thinks that particle beam weapon scarved those craters. Maybe particle beams were involved, because any technology that can be appllied as a weapon can be applied to peaceful uses. Some of those craters have shapes which are not circular and which make one think that they were carved that way. For example, Ukert is decidely trangular and Aristotles is decidely hexagonal. If they were the result of a particle beam blast, caused by a war or something, why would they have a certain shape? Why a triangle?
I'm just shooting in the dark right now.
And again, the " domes " could have been an optical illusion. But I swear I was looking at janssen and then I took my eyes off the crater and looked at the craters below and I was very surprised because of the " blisters " instead of a concave crater.
Anybody got a straight jacket?
That glassdomes articleis good, there are some pics on it.

gardner refers to the frozen mammoth in the Arctic. Do they originate in the warmer, hollow portion, which we feel has an opening in the Arctic?
Dr. Bowers can only account for this surprising freshness by supposing that the freezing of the animal was instantaneous, and his own theory is that there was a sudden change in the climate which he puts at about the lateness of what he calls the " Noahian deluge ". But that is very unscientific, as we know now that changes in climate are gradual, and in serious scientific discussions it is not usual to bring in Noah and the biblical account of the deluge. But in spite of the difficulties, Dr. Bowers makes the most generous acknowledgement of the absolute freshness of this and other specimens found. He even says:
" Many of the animals, as the mammoth, rhinoceros, etc., remain undecayed. Even the capillary blood vessels still retain their contents, showing that there was not the slightest decomposition or breaking down of the tissues, but the catastrophe which overwhelmed them was sudden."

Is this done intentionally? Why can't they just tell people to not use the air
conditioner and other things that take a lot of electricity? Then at least you
have light and you can use your computer! The shortage of electricity seems
to be a new trend. Even here in Norway it is a concern. If we will have a dry
summer and fall, then we will get problems in the winter, especially a cold on.
There has not been built enough new dams because of environmental
concern. Now recently they also decided not to build a wind mill park because
it might kill some birds.

Oh yes. Last night they announced the areas affected on TV and gave the
times, and showed areal photos of certain neighborhoods getting turned off
one by one.

Brazilians aren't good at following rules of self-imposed austerity. Along
with the blackout, everyone has to reduce their electricity bill by a
certain percentage or pay a penalty.

In Brazil, too, they haven't constructed enough aqueducts to channel water
into the resevoirs where the hydroelectric turbines are. They have been
warning the government for three years now, but there was no new
construction. I guess Brazilians are more accustomed to flooding than
drought, at least in Southern Brazil.
Now the rainy season is over and we face the dry season, until November,
with 10% of capacity in the reservoirs. It isa bad situation.
I hope this doesn't affect my participation on the list, but there are so
many people posting now anyway.

From Suncruisers! http://www.skyboom.com/hollowearthpuranas/index9.html
I don't know exactly what Liz is thinking, but I am thinking that the
Suncruiser is some kind of UFO mothership.
This is not a hard conclusion to draw- the existence of motherships comes
out quite a bit in private, UFO investigative research. But actually,
the followers of the Itihasas and Puranas also have a very descriptive
perspective on what motherships really are. Dr. Richard Thompson (
Sadaputa Dasa ), in his book Alien Identities, has culled out a whole
description of these ships and activities, as well as pastimes associated
with them, from page 268 - 278. ( www.afn.org/~bvi ) They are too voluminous
to reproduce here in their entirety, but we shall reproduce one
of the pastimes as an example. It should be noted from the descriptions that
such ships can belong to pious beings as well as to impious ones:
