Thanks Gary - Hey Mike, am listening to it now. George gave you a great talk-up at the start but you surpassed it all. You come across as sincere, fully informed and totally rational about the origins of apparently irrational `myths'. A great "foot-on-the-ground" for the whole subject.

That is an old edition--my newest one is from Grave Distractions Publications. It is much more expansive, and costs less. It is also the only current "authorized" publisher. You can find a direct link to it at mottimorphic.com.

Yes, the link will be the same as the show announcement for Dean's appearance. As soon as I can cajole the producer to get the archive up, it will appear at the bottom of the show description. I'll let you know when.
