I will be attempting to reach the inner earth through the south pole. It will take me a lot of time to get everything I need to do this. my plan is to buy a boat that is large enough to live in for a while, and sail south. I have not thought everything out yet but I wanted to let everyone know in advance. if you have any tips/info for me please feel free to comment. if you are interested in joining me on this journey please let me know. I still have a lot of money to raise and a lot of planning to do but other peoples thoughts would help me out a lot.(so would a companion to travel with) lol

Antardtic explorers experience cave-in in the middddle of nowhere, such that the surface ice has a hollow beneath it and then they find themselves unable to climb out of an icy chasm. But they go with lots of facilitides and people and equipment. How will you deal with this?

The Russians and the Americans are monitoring the opening, and their bases are not too far away.

I don't see how you could organize an expedition to get in there.

Have you read books on Arctic exploring? Then you could see the difficulties that the ccold would cause you.
