Here's the scoop on how the conference will operate. You will NOT need Skype to participate.
"They will not be watching on skype. They will simply click a link we will supply in an e-mail they will get tomorrow or Thursday. It will open a page with a player and a chat panel. They will also have a telephone number where they can call and talk directly to you."
