I hate to be bureaucratic and a killjoy, but I shouldn't ask others to keep it on topic and not address the jokes and tall tales that you send in.
However, laughter is the best medicine. Maybe the list as a whole would approve of occasional light-hearted jokes.
If we fall into another depression, and world war breaks out, good humor may be all we have to hang onto.
