I thought the undergrounds that the Higher Intelleligences destroyed were
those inhabited by governments hiding and manipulating us from
there. But the story does not agree with my understanding that ETs
are not here to help us, they cant accumulate karma by doing a job
the human have do to themselves.

for them and drag them down in human wombs, earth incarnations
they don need,
