of the equator, would the spinning of the top or giro be effected due to its
position in relation to such?

Even if the direction of spin were the different in the Southern hemisphere,
the same phenomenon would occur:
1. The soft electrons would be flung to the edges and the gyroscope would be
" lifted " by the edges.
2. The protons would congregate along the central axis and the point of the
axis, having a positive charge, would acquire greater inertia, " weight,"
and remain firmly fixed to the ground.
