THIS is interesting. Perhaps a by-product of a subterranean
military action?
Ask yourself this, though: HAARP and chemtrails and all the rest
of it are thought of, in conspiracy circles, as "bad." What if there
is a "deeper" (no pun intended) purpose for these things? It has
been said that HAARP can be used to create an ion shield to
protect the Earth and its biosphere from solar flares, cosmic
radiation surges, or even to repel incoming missiles. It can also
be used, supposedly to either affect the weather or as a distance
weapon, in which a intense beam of radiation is "bounced" off of
a temporary ion shield in the upper atmosphere and into a
ground--or into a SUBTERRANEAN--target.
Here's a look at a related phenomenon which I received from
someone else (a very knowledgable friend), which makes a
much more logical point than assuming that "they're tinkering
with or stunting our DNA," etc.:
