If I know that the planets are hollow, and you know that the planets are hollow, then they know that the planets are hollow, too. They even admit that the martian moons are hollow.
What they are doing is snooping from the outside to see what the Moon has inside. They want to follow along the relief of the inner cavity's terrain with their sensitive radar mapping. Their radar mapping is thus free-ranging and brazen.
So then, how do we interpret this? I'll conclude that our governments are completely at the beck and call of the underground manipulators of the surface world, that they are in cahoots with each other; and that the hollow earthers and hollow Moon residents are bottled up and not even able to keep manipulated surface governments, operating with mere rocket technology, from stepping on the grass.

We are not exactly in good shape.
