Why not? But then why these mad reactions don't happen everywhere before
quakes?

The HAARP can supposedly trigger a quake. As for out-of-control crowd behavior
I've read that in California there are installed elmag. stations (CIA, NSA?)
used for mind control experiments on population. The experiments were also
allegedly connected to the notorious LA riot following the Rodney King case in
1992.

From http://www.fema.gov/napi/spchsmp.htm

National Arson Awareness Week begins the week of May 4th to remind us of one
of the more notorious chapters in recent American history--a series of
devastating arson fires set over three days in Los Angeles in 1992. Rioters
set those fires, which virtually destroyed whole blocks of businesses, after
jurors acquitted police officers of charges stemming from the beating of a
motorist named Rodney King. The Wednesday just prior to National Arson
Awareness Week, is the anniversary of the day those fires ended.

AN EXTRAORDINARY SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES fueled the motives behind those fires.
Unfortunately, it doesn't always take extraordinary circumstances--vandalism,
revenge, greed, and other motives for arson exist everywhere all the time.

----

What made it extraordinary was supposedly an extensive CIA operation
recruiting the street gangs, preparing the fuel in the streets and
distributing hate leaflets calling for "revolution" in LA downtown before the
incident. Sorry, don't remember where I read it, it was a long time ago.

The regular "madman shooting" cases allegedly could be triggered by these same
devices. They rarely happen outside US and often teenagers are involved. Maybe
a speculation but quite probable.

What I know for sure is that totalitarian govts. sometimes "play their own
enemy" (agents provocateurs) to increase the suppression of citizens in some
way. I call this strategy "create a problem, enforce a solution". Btw, the
business works similarly: "create a demand, sell the solution" (i.e. so many
artificial needs created by commercials every day).

JanJM,

Cater agrees with the above and offers an explanation:

" The origin of earthquakes is now apparent. There are times when the
concentration of charges reaches a critical state. A condenserlike discharge
of particles then occurs. The sudden discharge of hard electrons when this
happens produces an explosion. Since the hard particles are partially
confined, tremendous forces are released causing the Earth to shake. A
similar phenomenon produces lightening. Many of the discharged particles
find their way back to the surface. Some of them break up their constituent
photons and produce color effects, sometimes preceeding a quake. Animal and
sensitive people can sense these energies. These discharges could be a means
for predicting earthquakes."

Why not? But then why these mad reactions don't happen everywhere before
quakes?

The HAARP can supposedly trigger a quake. As for out-of-control crowd

behavior

I've read that in California there are installed elmag. stations (CIA,

NSA?)

used for mind control experiments on population. The experiments were also
allegedly connected to the notorious LA riot following the Rodney King

case in

1992.

When the magnetic force of a particle diminishes, the electrostatic charge
increases at the expense of the magnetic force. Maybe HAARP functions along
the same lines, that the magnetic field of the Earth gets diminished by it,
the electrostatic force along fault lines increases, and an electrostatic
discharge ocurrs, causing the quake.

The magnetic field of theEarth is not just some canopy way up in outer
space. It snakes along the ground, from one nodal point to the other.

" It has been demonstrated that a bar magnet which is long in propor﷓
tion to its width has a number of nodes distributed along its length.
These nodes result from the magnetic lines which tend to follow oval or
circular paths. The magnetic lines flow out of one pole and back into the
side, instead of flowing into the opposite pole. This point of entry gener
ates a node, which becomes the starting point for another flow out of the
side and back into the magnet at a second node.

Geomagnetism was explained in a previous chapter as the result of charges in
the atmosphere moving with the earth in its rotation. In addition, the shell
of the earth should act then as a bar magnet. It was shown that particles
bombarding the earth tend to slow down as they penetrate the shell. A cross
section of the earth would look like two curved bar magnets 800 miles thick
and 12,000 miles long. This configuration should result in multiple nodes,
since it fits the pattern of a long, narrow bar magnet. At each nodal point
or line, there should be a magnetic flow into and out of the outer surface
of the shell, which carries a high concentration of soft electrons. The
earth's gravity would then tend to repel the ejected negative soft electrons
out beyond the confines of the magnetic flow, so that they would tend to
move north and south of the nodal line by mutual repulsion.
Magnetometers may not show great deviations in the earth's field in these
regions, because they only measure the fields produced by hard electrons.
The majority of the particles ejected at these nodes will probably be the
more stable soft electrons, which do not readily disintegrate to release the
hard electrons contained inside. Sufficient groundwork has now been laid to
explain the prevailing atmospheric winds, which are broken into six discrete
bands from the north to the south pole."

Interesting- the magnetic sphere interacts with nodal points below the
surface of the Earth, you see? They are manipulating these points when they
fool with the magnetosphere through HARRP. Something along these lines.

I'm beginning to think that the powers-that-be, the competing ones, are
kicking each other in the shins. " You better leave us alone because we can
do this." Theen you have an earthquake. So the other side says: " Oh yeah,
we have that technology, too." Then they say " and furthermore, we can ruin
your civilian population with chemical weapons- just see, we'll try it out
on you cattle." Then this, then that. Nobody wants to scare the productive
civilian population, we are the prize. who knows, I'm just brainstorming.

One thing is for sure, you are left in the air about HAARP's effect unless
you understand the nature of soft particles, and ho they penetrate and carry
hard particles with them, and power geological functions. I am calling
mostly on the old timers of the list to get on the beam, get Cater's book,
and get a handle on what he is saying, for all the reasons we've been going
over during the last nine months.
