Our Mysterious Spaceship Moon

One of the list members recommended this book to me, Our Mysterious Spaceship Moon, by Don Wilson. Well, the book makes various points in relation to the Moon, but ends up giving a lot of coverage to the idea that the Moon is hollow and of artificial origin. One of the points made to buttress the interpretation that the Moon is hollow is that Apollo 13's third stage caused the Moon to ring like a bell for three hours, and that the amount of gravity that the Moon exhibits wouldn't correspond to the orb if it were solid. Of course, this also briungs up the problem that they have with Newtonian gravity.

Anyway, it is a nice, easy read even though it is scientific, and one of the few mainstream books which openly discusses the possibility of the Moon being hollow.

It's out of print, but try to pick it up. It's worth it.

Wilson also published a sequel, Secrets of Our Spaceship Moon, a few years later. There is some repetition but also lots of additional info. Also worth getting.
