The pipe that sticks up and sprays some liquid does so from underground. This suggests that there is something going on underground on Mars. Or perhaps only that someone has harnessed an underground stream for some purpose.

You all might recall this video from a short while ago; I think I posted it before. This one shows another pipe ooutcropping, this time on The Moon.
At 25:26 time stamp it is circled in red. It shows the pipe well, for the first time, at 25:07. And it shows up several times until the end of the video. If nothing else, from 25:00 until the end it is worth seeing because much is revealed.

They both seem to have long, straight segments, and mother nature doesn't make long, straight segments.
