Here's a little more on the Nefilim/Nephilim, who are the
Anunnaki. From earlier posts to fantasticreality. The story of the
Nefilim is one of forbidden lust, hybridization with humanity,
exploitation and eating of humanity, genetic engineering and
creating "hybrid" forms of man and animal which were
"abominations," and so on. Imprisonment for the nefilim meant
a literal chained or encaged location inside the Earth itself. Just
like Loki, and Fenris, in "Niflheim," and just like the Greek Titans.
Much more data below, some of it from the apocrypha and
pseudopigrapha. There is much here about Enoch and his role
and prosecutor and judge in the trial of the Nefilim. If examined
carefully, it can be seen to still pervade our entire history and
civilizations.
This is truly a cosmic story, with Earth, and inner Earth, at the
center.

For all you giant-hunters out there, here's another description of
the ancient race of giants, their origin, habits, and demise.
Semyaza was the leader of the nephilim who led them
downward to the Earth, and to the interbreeding with human
women.
Deane was the foremost scholar of his day on these ancient
texts, at least in the West, and he may have been the foremost to
have ever undertaken the subject, in the West.
Some accounts give the number of the original nefilim as 300,
others as 200. This may be due to a confusion of the first born
generation of hybrids with their fathers.

An assessment from PSEUDEPIGRAPHA, by Wm. J. Deane, MA,
1891:
The first division is contained in chaps. vi.-xxxvi., and is
subdivided into three sections.' Section i. (chaps. vi.-xi.) narrates
the fall of the angels and its immediate consequences. Seeing
the beauty of the daughters of men, two hundred angels under
the leadership of Semyaza bound themselves by an oath to take
wives from among mortal women. For this purpose they
descended on Mount Hermon, and in due time became parents
of giants of fabulous height and size. These monsters devoured
all the substance of men, and then proceeded to devour men
themselves ; they also taught mankind all kind of destructive
arts, and vice flourished under their instruction. And men cried
aloud to heaven, and the four archangels heard them, and
appealed to God in their behalf. And God sent LTriel to Noah, the
son of Lamech, to warn him of the flood, and ordered Ilaphael to
bind Azazel, and lay him in a dark cleft in the wilderness, there to
remain till the fire received him at the day of judgment. Gabriel
had to set the giants one against the other that they might perish
by mutual slaughter; to Michael fell the duty of punishing the evil
angels ; they were to witness the destruction of their offspring,
and then be buried under the earth for seventy generations till
the judgment day, when they should be cast into eternal fire.
Then when all sin and impurity shall be purged away " at the end
of all generations," the plant of righteousness shall appear, and
a new order of things ; the saints shall live till they have forgotten
a thousand children, and shall die in peace ; the earth shall be
fruitful, and be planted with all manner of trees ; no corruption, or
crime, or suffering shall be found therein ; " in those days," with
God, " I will open the store-chambers of blessing which are in
heaven, that they may descend upon the earth, and on the work
and labour of men. Peace and righteousness shall join together,
in all the days of the world and through all the families of the
earth."

In some circles this knowledge was never lost, as in esoteric
Hebrew traditions. And elsewhere.
-i've always found enoch interesting, but wasn't sure to make of
alot of
it. the thing is, it was written much later than alot of the
well-known
old testament books. did the author of enoch possess
literature that not
many persons were familiar with? was it "divine revelation"?
was he a
fortean who did damn good research?
The books of Enoch were copied and re-copied from century to
century. No one knows when they were really first transcribed.
There are passages in Genesis which are identical to those in
Enoch, particularly in regard to the nefilim; the story as told in the
various Enochian books, is much more elaborate and actually
explains many questions people have had with Genesis over the
centuries.
There are passages elsewhere which speak of things only
mentioned in Enoch, or in the other Apocryphal books like
Jasher and Jubilees. In Samuel and elsewhere, it says "as it
was written in the book of Jubilees." Entire statements from
Enoch are quoted by both Jesus and his disciples, almost word
for word! I don't have time right now to find all of them, but just
one good example is in the book of Jude, right before Revelation,
where reference is made to "the angels who kept not their first
habitation (the heavens or space, whichever you prefer), but
sinned," and we are told that they are now imprisoned inside the
earth, "reserved in chains of darkness until the judgment of the
Great Day." These are almost identical to other passages in the
Enochian texts. So obviously, the books had existed for some
time by the time of Christ, and were widely studied by the
religious and esoteric scholars of that day.
The Apocrypha were only taken out of the overall work a few
hundred years ago, and other materials were removed at the
Council of Nicea in 787. So all of these things are as old as
everything else, some allegedly as old as the book of Job, the
oldest book in the Torah.

Subject: Nefilim quotes from the Book of Jubilees
Here is the account from the book of Jubilees (Chapter 5) which
describes the corruption of mankind and the animal kingdom,
with the influence of the Nefilim. Verses 6 and 10 leave no doubt
as to their place of incarceration. Here again, verse 10 is
almost identical in language and description to verses from the
Epistle of Jude. Following this is Chapter 20, which describes
the fate of Sodom and leaves no doubt as to the similarity to the
destruction of the "giants," who were offspring of the Nefilim with
mortal women. Their "fornication" also is meant to describe their
genetic experiments and crimes, as expressed in the Enochian
tradition and hinted in Jubilees 5, verse 2, below.

Subject: The Noah connection
The following from the fragmentary book of Noah shows that the
activities of the nefilim, against the will of women at times, was
prevalent. Children of strange or different aspect were therefore
suspected of being of partial nefilim lineage. Note that Noah's
grandfather, THE Enoch, was said to be "among the angels" (the
non-fallen ones, non-nefilim) or off of the Earth. Enoch sets their
doubts at ease by telling them Noah's appearance is a sign but
not a symptom, and that he will be the salvation of the "pure" or
uncorrupted strain of humanity.

And they shall produce on the earth giants not according to the
spirit, but according to the flesh, and there shall be a great
punishment on the earth, and the earth shall be cleansed from

Or maybe the ancient texts, myths, folktales, and traditions from
all over the entire planet represent the Truth, and we are viewed
by such beings and their underlings as simply genetic baubles,
temporary things to purloin and plunder (as the so-called "grays"
do even now, supposedly), toy with, eat, etc.
The pattern of nature surely extends into the infinite and the
universe in general, or as the alchemists used to say, "As above,
so below." Referring, of course, to the multitude of worlds or
dimensions and the general rules of operation therein. We are
predators, and omnivores, and so are the offspring of the nefilim;
"eat or be eaten" is the general rule in nature, and surely some
form of this exploitive fact of existence penetrates into the
mysteries that we are discussing. The nefilim themselves
began their negative career as sexual predators, and ended up
as predators in general. There is simply no doubt.

The Hebrew word nephilim or nefilim did not really mean
"giants," as this was a mistranslation into English by King
James' boys. Nefilim means "Those who descended," "Those
who fell," or "Those who came down," meaning of course, from
the sky. The Books of Enoch describe them as a second band
of "fallen angels," 300 in number, who "looked on the daughters
of men and found them fair--" and then some. These were
either spiritual, cosmic, or extraterrestrial beings, take your pick,
and they were the second wave of fallen ones to come to the
Earth, in this case simply as a result of their Lust for human
women (not so different from current "UFO
abduction/hybridization" accounts, eh?). Their original function
was as "Watchers," who were supposed to watch over the Earth
and its inhabitants. From this perspective, their transgression
was akin to rape and child abuse.
The nefilim apparently broke some serious rules when the did
this, and the result was the race of "the mighty men of renown,"
from the Torah, described in the Apocrypha as cannibalistic,
sadistic giants. Hybrid vigor, I guess. Other crimes before
"heaven" that the nefilim practiced were these:
1. They took the daughters of men to be mothers of hybrid
children. The Ethiopic Book of Enoch states:
"And the angels, the children of heaven, said unto themselves,
let us choose wives for ourselves from among the daughters of
men, and they will bear us children."
Note that both the nefilim, and their children, are generally
considered to be nefilim, just as the Anakim (sons of Anak) bore
the name of the Anunna or Anunnaki, who were their
forebearers.
2. They conducted genetic experiments and gene-splicing using
all creatures, including human beings. They "mixed the man
with the horse, and vice versa," and "transferred one embryo
from one womb to another." The result of all of this was a myriad
of monstrosities which preyed upon humanity: "For they sinned
against all flesh, all manner of fish, and birds, wild animals
(mammals) and reptiles," creating chaos and terror on the Earth.
Times got tough on Planet Earth. The Enochian Books state:
"The giants (children of the nefilim) consumed all food
that men had, so that people despised them and refused to feed
them. So the giants preyed upon the people, to eat them."
Enoch was a human man, chosen by the "heavenly" court to be
the prosecutor and judge in the trial of the nefilim, where they
were called to account for their crimes, for they had "defiled
themselves with women, and like them, produced creatures of
blood and flesh that would someday die." Apparently a big
no-no.
Enoch was supposedly chosen for his familiarity with the case
and facts at hand, being a human being from the planet in
question, and also for his intelligence and learning, which the
non-fallen "watchers" themselves had taught him throughout his
life. The Book of Enoch tells us the spoken verdict of the man
after whom it is named:
"Now you receive Judgment. From now on you will not be able to
pass beyond the heavens and into eternity, but will remain
INSIDE THE EARTH, imprisoned for all time. Before that (the
execution of the sentence) you will watch the destruction of your
beloved offspring." Meaning, of course, the hybrid giants, and the
various genetically-engineered forms as well:
"Destroy the children of their adultery and exile the Watchers
from among the heavenly host, and send their children against
one another in war, so that they might fight and be killed."
This then was followed by what is traditionally known as the
Deluge, which wiped out most of the genetic taint and
aberrations on the Earth. Note that Noah and his wife and
children, and his children's families, were chosen to be saved or
spared "because he was without blemish."
This is not just a reference to his obedient character, but is also
a reference to the fact that his tribe or family represented one of,
or perhaps the only, group of human beings who were untainted
by decades or centuries of interbreeding with the nefilim and
their "children." Both of the latter are the Titans of Greek myth as
well, unable to ascend again to Olympus (the heavenly or
galactic kingdom, whichever you prefer), or beyond a
"designated point" up there somewhere. Traditionally, the
Hebrew and Sumerian cosmologies provided for a
number of heavens, nested like concentric spheres, with the
ultimate expanse "beyond" the stars and such being the realm of
God or the gods.
As for bigfoot, sasquatch, yeti, etc, there's little to no doubt that
these are prehuman forms which probably have relatives well
displayed in the fossil record (gigantopithecus especially seems
to fit the description, but others might as well). These beings tie
in to everything else, often represented in many traditions as
mute and animal-like servants of the nefilim, anunnuaki, and
other beings who were "banished to the underworld," "the pit,"
tartarus, etc. There is AMPLE evidence to support this
contention.
