Hi Dean
The Earth and “others” is/are growing because of the spinning and expanding , not necessarily by the bombardment of extra material/electrons , although that is also a possibility .
As the circumference and diameter enlarges so the crust thins out , consequently less material less gravity and the result will be in taller biological entities , ( gigantism ) . That is on top of the crust outer .
Inside , the gravity is reduced two fold , because the biological entity is between the centre “Sun” and the outer “Shell “ of the crust . Resulting in an uncomfortable experience for the inner earth entity to dwell on the outer crust . And vice versa .
An extended expedition to the inner earth will require a pressurized cabin transportation device and habitat for the crew and traveler tourist . Until acclimated acclimatized and habitual-i-zed .

earth is growing - olde earth had much lower sea levels that may have been
from a water cloud canopy and or massive expansion eg. split up centre of
the Atlantic ocean floor. future water levels may again change as earth
