I am having a very hard time with the supposed facts you are throwing
our and around. I have followed a number of other sites related to
hollow earth but have discarded or should I say quit following most of
them because of the same psycho babel that I found there. I believe
in the hollow earth theory because many of its proponents have given very
concrete evidence that follows good logic. I would hope that we will
continue to pursue the search for truth supported by reproducible evidence.
Sometimes this evidence does not follow scientific norms but in my proven
experience all truth is repeatable and reproducible by anyone who has a
desire to follow given instructions.

I reluctantly have decided to respond to this post due to my perspective.
I hope that time proves that it was a wise decision but it's hard to tell
at the moment. :-\ It is not directed at tuscan or anyone else. It is directed
towards personal introspection.
It seems to me that older list members (of any list probably) tend to be
less willing to listen to abstract emails and more tolerant of scientific
emails. I'm assuming the reason for this being that abstract emails are
often hard or impossible to prove and almost indestinguishable from scam
artist material. I do know that there are MANY people that distribute
material that is not reputiable for ego, financial, or other reasons.
As a result, I believe that older or wiser audiences are less tolerant
of unsubstantiated material.
What does this mean specifically? It means that possibly your larger
target audience demands that you do proper research and prove it
(or reveal your sources) or they will abandon you. Myself, I have been
on a gameboy software development mailing list for several years. Several
have called me a gameboy guru but I think they are confusing guru with
hard work, honestly. It is due to constantly checking of my facts and
making sure that every statement I have made is highly accurate that
I haven't been impaled by the same people that would try to boost my ego.
Believe me, a passionate person will try to either kill you or make you
a hero. Most other people tend to be indifferent to varing degrees. But
that's just my opinion, and often my opinions can be totally flawed so
please treat it as such... 
I hope no one takes this email personally. It was not meant to offend
or to be directed to any one person. I felt that it possibly could
help many so I decided to post to the list.

I'd love to get some conversation going with regards to some of Cate's ideas. I looked at other sites and read other books, several times over, searching for answers to the scientific side of the HE theory. I mean, earthquakes, volcanoes, the wind, the inner sun and gravity all have to have an explanation in terms of the HET, but I hadn't found anything that offered a tenable explanation until I ran across Cater. His presentation of the low frequency particle and electrostatic force answers every question about natural phenomenon in a tenable cohesive way.
I think that it will be rather hard for me to bring all of this people's attention because it requires some time to pick up on what Cater is saying.

Thanks for your note. I can tell you are sincere by the posts
you have made in the past and by this response. I just had to say
something because it seemed that over the past month some new respondents
to the list began clouding the issues. I wonder if this is happening
to all of the HE lists and any other lists that powerful organizations
want to discredit. By the way I have no doubt that there are powers
that be who don't want certain truths to be known. These groups have
been on the earth from the beginning of time. However, I have also
discovered that the source of all truth has been here to counter those
who deceive for anyone who sincerely wants to find it. I am only
in my 40s but through personal trial and error and by experiment and with
the direction of others who have been through the same process I have found
the method to confirm both truth and error. By the way, I first proved
this for myself when I was just short of 20 and have proved it over and
over again for 20 years. Like you with Cater's teachings, I would
like to share this method with everyone but it is amazing how few people
are open minded enough to test it for their self.
The only writings of Cater that I have read up to this point are what
you and a few others have posted to this list. I have seen good logic
in all of those posts. I think you have pushed me over the edge in
making the decision to buy his book and read it for myself. I have
very little time to pursue this HE issue because of other important priorities.
Namely my family and religious responsibilities, but I enjoy studying it
every chance I get because of the threads of truth I have found in it.
There is so much out there to learn and do. So maybe with Cater you
can be my guide if you are not disappointed with infrequent or sporadic
communications on my part.

Have you heard of the work of Oscar Brunler (mentioned in Cater's books) and David R.Hawkins? I ask because I wonder if your method involves what they have "discovered". Brunler found that humans have an energy signature that gives an indication of the mental level of the person measured. Hawkins developed a Map of Consciousness that is in many ways similar to the work of Brunler. He made the map through the use of Kinesiological testing. I have worked a little with this myself and found it revealing. It helped me to avoid much of the garbage that I have been involved in earlier. I have not used it for a couple of years because it did not work when I was emotional unstable.
Anyway, I am very curious about the process that you use. Hope that you will tell me/us

I will respond but I would like to do it justice. I may have only
one shot before I am labeled a psycho babbler and am shut out, so I would
like to pull my thoughts together tonight and respond tomorrow.
By the way, no I have not heard of Brunler or Hawkins. In fact
I have not begun reading Cater yet though I plan to do so. However,
I do believe there is something that can be measured or tested and that
is what I will respond on tomorrow. I believe that if we share things
that can not be repeated by others, or should I say that if we don't present
things in a way that can be understood and duplicated by others then others
can not learn from our hard won experience and the 'race' can not progress.
And progression is the whole point of life.

Well Frode, to whom ever and for what ever it is worth to you! It is
worth everything I am and ever hope to be. Please don't discount this
information without trying it and try not to judge the value of it based
solely on my merits.
I know I am really opening myself up here. This is the first time I
have ever tried to explain this in writing and I am no literary as you
will soon discover, but I will tell you that this topic is one thing
that I am absolutely certain of.
Let me first ask a few questions. Who were Abraham, Mohammed, Moses,
Buddha and the like? What set them apart? What makes a prophet? What
did they know that the common man does not? Is it truth? What is
truth? Are there truly universal constants?
I am far from a scolar, but I have spent a good portion of my time
trying to understand these things. It started for me about 20 years ago
when I read a relatively unknown passage from that ancient book of
Abraham that says "And, finding there was greater happiness and peace
and rest for me, I sought for the blessings of the fathers, ... desiring
also to be one who possessed great knowledge, ... and to possess greater
knowledge, ... and desiring to receive instructions, ... I became a
rightful heir, ... holding the right belonging to the fathers. It was
conferred upon me from the fathers; it came down from the fathers, from
the beginning of time, yea, even from the beginning, or before the
foundation of the earth..." I thought, Abraham was taught and given
something extremely valuable. I want that also. How do I get it.
This ancient book goes on to explain how Abraham was taught about the
truth we right now are trying to discover, the beginnings of this
universe, this solar system, this earth, and even innumerable planets,
solar systems and universes like ours. He was taught how they were
populated and by whom and for what purpose they were created and
populated. Now isn't that what we are spending a good portion of our
time contemplating and trying to understand?
All of the above mentioned individuals in my humble estimation had a few
things in common. They all were relatively moral, ethical, honest
people trying to make a difference, with a thought for others and not
just themselves, who were sincere, believed and asked questions. I know
by listening to many of your comments that many of you possess these
same traits. So what made them different than you or me? I believe the
secret lies in a simple key.
This simple key is in whom you ask, how you ask and how to recognize the
answer. I know, you are saying - or at least some of you are saying -
this is an absolute load of of road apples! I'm done, I'm not reading
any more!!! Well please wait! Please, give me a chance because you can
prove this yourself, AND I GUARANTEE that you will see something that
you may have never seen or felt before, and it will blow your mind!!!
Then as you begin exercising this new ability it will grow and
strengthen and finally become second nature, and you will know why you
are here and what you should know and what your purpose is and what you
should do. Now I don't know it all yet. In fact I know very little and
the more I learn the more I realize how little I know and the more I
want to learn.
Now, let me give you an example of another man who learned this secret
and how he learned it, then let me give you an example in how it is
done, and last, let me give you a challenge to prove it to yourself.
Oops, Sorry, my daughter just called and I have to go get her from play
