There are many reasons the West was getting annoyed
at Japan, below is a link that mentions another reason,

The Japanese are relatively intelligent people, and being a
homogenous society they care more about the total health.

They are afraid many other countries might want to stop vaccines
that is making the children and all adults sick.
What would doctors and pharmacies live on and what would
lawyers fight about. The sicker and tcrazier our minds are the
more money the sickos leaders makes. It is all on us, while the world
leaders never lift a finger for our wellfare
Taking about sick, Gadafi guy is really a mental case. I read his life and history
on wikipedia, dont know why people put up with all that without
