This Guarani Aquafer in southern Brazil-Argentina is huge.
Gravity considerations aside; why can't the same thing exist, say, forty miles down and form the centerpiece of a cavern world?

@deandddd , you are spot on....such massive acquifers can exist at greater depth . There is one such fresh water acquifer , deep beneath the Atlantic seafloor , close to the East coast of the U.S.
