Frode is attributing the glow, which was an after-effect of an underground
nuclear blast, to Cater's redistribution of frequency, such that the
radiation particles went through a redistribution of frequency and
disintegration into visible bands upon passing through the mountain. This is
the same process that occurs when sunlight strikes the surface of the Earth,
it penetrates because it experiences a breakup on the particle level, and
re-combines with ethers to form particles of lower frequency- penetrating
particles of lower frequency.
This process accounts for the luminosity of caverns reported at lower
depths- the particles break up down there into visible photons, it accounts
for the generation of the gravity frequency, and the penetration of soft
particles throught the shell of the Earth to form and " feed " the inner
sun. Nothing else even begins to explain hollow earth geological processes
in a congruent manner like soft particle physics, and the process of
redistribution of frequency is a pillar in the overall scheme.
