The Newtonian gravity concept, that the density of matter causes, or is always indicative of, gravity effects, does not combine with the idea of a hollow cavvity in the center of planets. This is because the superior weight of the crust, would see the crust implode upon the cavity.
But the concept of electromagnetic repulsions and attractions would explain gravity effects that drop off because it can be argued that the frequency of radiations change, diminish, as the radiations pass through a medium.
